Lizette

Lizette, a native of Idaho, holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences from the University of Idaho. As a Physical Therapy Technician in an outpatient clinic, she helps patients manage pain and regain strength through individualized exercise programs. Outside of work, she enjoys puzzles, reading, and sunset walks, driven by a passion for understanding the full spectrum of healing—physical, mental, and spiritual.
