Our unique Na’masaje bodywork style was created by Eric Deegear, the owner of Na’masaje. It is a combination of all the best techniques either created or curated by him through his 15 years as a massage therapist. Na’masaje bodywork combines Thai stretching, acupressure, reflexology, and neck/hand work that provides all the same benefits as a regular massage. Eric decided to train up his own team of bodyworkers to provide this service to keep the vision and techniques purely Na’masaje. We have received over 700 five-star raving reviews across our online platforms from clients who have experienced this new, ancient, style.
We still have traditional massage therapists available, however our bodywork team has far more availability for appointments.
What sets Na’masaje apart
Acupressure
A form of Asian bodywork therapy, Na’masaje uses touch to affect the acupoints, qi meridian systems and energy channels in the human body.
Thai Stretching
Na’masaje bodywork involves touch, words and directed movement to suggest new possibilities for the body & deepen awareness of existing muscle patterns.
Clothing
Like traditional Thai massage, Na’masaje clients wear flexible shorts/pants and may remove their shirt depending on their comfort level.

Thai Stretching
Thai Massage is an active technique where we combine joint manipulation, mobile stretching with deep muscle relaxation. Combined with breathwork, this can be immensely healing for your body.
Deep Tissue
You can receive deeper pressure all of our appointments, whether traditional massage or our signature Na'masaje bodywork. Simply talk to your therapist about what pressure you would enjoy most before your session begins. Don't be afraid to speak up during if you need more or less. We won't get offended.

I was able to get in same day which was awesome! only downside was the massage table was unlevel so it felt like I was tired to one side the whole time( I peeked afterwards and the legs were not at the same level. awkward haha. great experience otherwise!
I was recovering from a sports tournament, I found na masaje on the internet. Myriam was so helpful, the combination of stretching and massage was just what I needed. Myriam has so much experience and was able to help me so much. I felt great and she was so kind and professional. I will definitely be booking with her again.
The atmosphere was set from the moment I arrived. Miriam was calm and allowed me to be calm. She offered me a hydration drink prior to beginning. She told me everything she was doing. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The procedure I requested was the deep tissue massage with cupping. Cupping is initially unpleasant. The massage continues with the cupping. There may be bruising from the cupping if you easily bruise. The massage was definitely deep. I felt a difference in my muscles from when I arrived to when I left. It was a positive experience and I will go again.

This was the best massage/bodywork session I've ever received. I've had dozens of massages, from in-home to high-end spa, and Audrey was the best practitioner to date. I was very sore and tight, and she not only found and worked my knots, but opened up my sore shoulders and hips. I left feeling relaxed and pain-free. I can't recommend Na'masaje enough. I will be making it a regular stop, whenever I'm in Boise.
I had an amazing two hour massage with Myriam. It was the perfect balance of massage and stretching. I felt like there were two people in the room with how incredible the massage was and that she was constantly moving for the whole two hours. She has a beautiful, healing touch, and you can tell she really understands the body’s mechanics and how everything is intertwined. I would definitely recommend Na’masaje and Myriam. My first experience at Na'masaje was incredible! I was fortunate to be referred to Kelly. She was phenomenal and helped explain different stretches and working out the tense muscles in my neck, back and legs. I already scheduled a return visit!
I booked a one hour massage session with Cameron. He met me on the stairs as I arrived and showed me into the massage suite. He was very kind and explained what he was going to do. He asked whether I wanted to talk or not, and how much pressure I wanted. He checked in often to make sure the massage was going well. I thought he had great hands and did a very professional, well executed massage. I really enjoyed the session and will book with him again

Amazing. Simply amazing. I had my first Na’masaje Bodywork session with Kelly yesterday and I cannot sing her praises loud enough! I’ve only had traditional massage before, but deal with chronic pain so I decided to try bodywork. I’m so glad I did! Kelly was extremely intuitive and knew EXACTLY what needed to be worked on. The session was intense, but in the best way. This will be a part of my self-care routine going forward. Kelly is amazingly gifted!!!

One of the best massages I've ever had. And I am PICKY about massages. I did a couples massage with April and Audrey and it was great. I then did a massage with Audrey and she focused on whatever I asked her to. Highly recommend.

I was desperate for a last minute appointment as I was passing through town, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Audrey.Normally when I tell a masseuse that I have a specific issue I want worked on they work on it for a bit then just move on with their normal routine. Not Aubrey. She worked on my neck for an hour and a half trying to get out a huge knot and relieve tension.If I was staying in town longer I would go see her every day. She is amazing!!

At MassagEric I got to experience a professional massage in a laid back environment that helped me to completely relax and let go of my stress. The combination of table thai massage and the deep tissue massage improved my range of motion and flexibility. I felt like my yoga practice was on a new level after my massage appointment.
