Alexandra is passionate about helping others feel connected, strong, & empowered in their bodies. With a background in personal training, holistic health coaching, and people-centered hospitality work, she brings an intuitive, thoughtful approach to each session—honoring individual needs while encouraging freedom of movement and mindful presence. Outside the studio, Alexandra finds inspiration in nature, spending time in the mountains and ocean through activities such as backpacking, surfing & snowboarding.
