BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH NA’MASAJE, YOU AGREE COMPLETELY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
MEDICAL RELEASE
I understand that massage and bodywork are not replacements for medical care and that no medical diagnosis will be made. I release Na’masaje LLC and its staff members from any liability for injuries, dislocations or death resulting from treatments, tools and/or techniques.
APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
All clients agree not to be inappropriate or sexual in any way during their time at the Na’masaje studio. If they behave in a manner which affects the staff’s safety or makes them uncomfortable, the session will end, the client will still be responsible for paying the full amount of the appointment and may be banned from further services.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
Cancellation/rescheduling is only allowed within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time with a payment of a $25 fee. Any client who doesn’t show up for their appointment (no-show) will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment. This must be paid before rebooking any further appointments.
THERAPISTS & BODYWORKERS
All clients understand that massages will be performed by licensed massage therapists. Bodywork appointments will be performed by Na’masaje Bodyworkers or Apprentices. Energy work will be performed by a certified energy worker. Your appointment may be performed by therapists & apprentices in training at Na’masaje studio.
COMMUNICATION
We regularly communicate important information pertaining to appointments and Na’masaje in general via multiple methods, including text, phone call, & email. By booking, I give my consent to be contacted by email, text & phone call for information related to my appointment as well as marketing and special offers from Na’masaje.
VOUCHERS & GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
All vouchers (Gift cards, Groupons, Packages, etc) will be redeemed at the date of the appointment. Any client who doesn’t show up for their appointment (No-show) will still have their voucher redeemed & will not be able to use it again. If the voucher is unredeemable for any reason, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
