• Please arrive 5-10 min early to ensure that you receive your full service time.
• You will be lying fully or partially-clothed on a therapy table during the service. You may remove any garments from the waist up if that’s more comfortable for you but will keep your pants/shorts on.
• Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing.
• During the session, your expert will slowly guide your body through multiple stretches, compressions & techniques.

NOTE: Please be respectful of the space & energy by keeping noise to a minimum when you enter the Na’masaje zone.

🕰️ If this is your first appointment, please arrive 5-10 min before your appointment time to discuss what we’ll be working on today. Otherwise you might cut into your appointment time!
💸 Please plan ahead. Cancellation/rescheduling within 24hrs of appointment time requires a $25 fee.
😥 No-shows will be charged full amount of appointment.

We can accept all payment forms, though cash or a payment app (like Venmo or Zelle) are best. 😀
